Immigration advice is complex, and the stakes are high — for careers, for families, for futures. Too often, people navigate it without proper guidance, or receive advice that's generic rather than genuinely tailored to their situation.
MyLegalXpert was founded to do this differently. A focused practice, working on a small number of specialist routes, where every case gets the attention it deserves. Not a volume operation. Not a generalist practice. An adviser who knows your case, knows the route, and gives you a straight answer.
We've built our practice around careful, consistent process — so nothing falls through the gaps. Structured case assessment from the outset, clear communication at every stage, and a workflow designed to keep your matter moving.

We concentrate our practice where we can make the most difference — Global Talent, Skilled Worker, and Innovator Founder.
The Global Talent visa is for recognised and emerging leaders in digital technology, endorsed by Tech Nation/UKRI. It's one of the most rewarding routes available to tech professionals — and one of the most nuanced to navigate well.
We advise on both tracks: Exceptional Talent (established leaders) and Exceptional Promise (high-potential emerging talent). Our role is to assess your eligibility rigorously, help you understand what endorsers are looking for, and guide you through every stage.
The Skilled Worker route is the primary pathway for overseas nationals taking up employment in the UK. It requires employer sponsorship, the right SOC code, and meeting salary and skill thresholds.
We advise both employers and employees — from initial eligibility and SOC code assessment through to the application process. Comprehensive support at every stage of the Skilled Worker route.
The Innovator Founder visa is for ambitious entrepreneurs looking to establish an innovative business in the UK. It requires endorsement from an approved body and a business idea that is genuinely new, viable, and scalable.
